Welcome to Salsa and Tea's comfy little home on the internet; I like to think of it as a breezy cottage where we endeavor to encourage Christian mother's to not grow weary in doing good. That encouragement comes by way of home décor, uplifting (comfortable!) t-shirts, personalized gifts and cards with the occasional blog post thrown in … though, there's much more activity on our Facebook page!
Please, grab a cup of your favorite coffee or tea, put your feet up, and look around. I hope plenty of our products will find their way to your home so you can love them just as much as we do. And, don't forget, I love custom designs so if you don't see what you are looking for please email Lisa@salsaandtea.com so we can create something together!
P.S. Where did the name "Salsa and Tea" originate? Well, when we had just moved into our new home 13 years ago I was on the phone with the internet company and they asked what I wanted my email address to be. I stuttered for a moment having no idea what to say. My gaze settled on the glass of iced raspberry tea and bowl of salsa on my desk in front of me. So, of course, I blurted out, "SalsaAndTea!" Since it is such a funny name it turned out to be pretty memorable. When I'd go into stores that asked for your email address at checkout they would remember me, some even saying things like, "Hey, it's the SalsaAndTea girl!"
When it came time to name my business I tossed around The Gingham Butterfly, Heritage Custom Designs, Designer: Lisa Harris, but there really was no contest. The second I thought, "Salsa and Tea!" it was settled.
